Birla White Seep Guard Waterproofing Solutions is a cutting-edge waterproof coating material with dual properties that, when applied to cementitious surfaces, effectively seals the small pores and cracks, assisting in the prevention of leakage and seepage. It effectively reduces the surface temperature as well. It can be used on Interior, Vertical and Horizontal Surfaces. The product is extremely effective because of it's unique composition of German Elastomeric polymers & white cement which makes it highly reflective and imparts elastomeric qualities.

Seep Guard Vertical Surfaces is a Polymer Modified, White Cementitious, Elastomeric, High Performance Coating System for exterior vertical plastered wall/concrete surfaces. It is formulated with Elastomeric German polymers and white cement. It covers all hairline cracks present on the surface and ensures that water does not seep in through the walls. Thus, it protects the structure from water-related damages & protect the top coat paint life.

Yes, it can be applied on various surfaces i.e. fresh construction/repair/renovation as per SOP.

Before applying Seep Guard Vertical Surfaces, the surface should be cleaned with water to remove any contaminants, such as efflorescence, that may interfere with the effectiveness of the coating. This will ensure that the coating can properly adhere to and protect the surface.

Coverage of Seep Guard Vertical Surfaces is 1.30-1.48 Sq Mt/Kg (One Priming coat with 100% dilution + Two Coats with 65% dilution) on ideal surface

This product is suitable for use on the exterior walls of both bungalows and larger buildings.

Although this product can be used on both interior and exterior vertical surfaces, the warranty only covers exterior applications.

Before applying this product, it is important to thoroughly remove any loose debris, dirt, grease, or oil from the surface. The surface should then be washed with clean water and allowed to dry completely. There should be no cracks or visible pores or pinholes on the surface after preparation.

This product does not require curing after application.

It is important to store the product in a cool and dark place to prevent moisture from entering and affecting its quality.

The pot life, or the amount of time that the Seep Guard Vertical Surfaces product remains usable after it has been mixed, is 1.5 hours.

The shelf life of Seep Guard Vertical Surfaces is 09 months.

It is important to properly prepare the surface before applying Seep Guard Vertical Surfaces. Make sure to remove any loose debris, dirt, grease, or oil from the surface and ensure that it is dry and free of cracks. There should be no visible pores or pinholes on the surface after preparation. The surface temperature should not exceed 35°C. The substrate should also be tested for soundness using a small hammer. Do not apply the product directly to a poorly prepared surface.

For the priming coat, you will need to mix 100% water with 1 kg of material. For the two coats of Seep Guard Vertical Surfaces, you will need to mix 65% water with 1 kg of material. To prepare the priming coat, add 1000 ml of water to 1 kg of material. To prepare the two coats of Seep Guard Vertical Surfaces, add 650 ml of water to 1 kg of material.
