Painters and Contractors can earn points on the purchase of a wide range of eligible Birla White products.

The member’s account will be activated within 1-2 working days, and his/her login details will be shared on the registered mobile number. In case a member is unable to log in to the Birla White Experts Club Loyalty account, he/she can contact the program call centre at support.expertsclub@adityabirla.com or call us at 1800 3090 221.

Members can redeem his/her points by logging on to the rewards catalogue section of Birla White Experts Club Mobile App Or they can also encash points against cash via Bank transfer/UPI. No! Member cannot pay in cash. The value of products/e-Gift Vouchers should be equal to or less than the member’s point balance.

Yes, it is mandatory for members to submit their Aadhar Card details before the redemption if they would like to take bene¬t of Gifts & they have to submit Pan Card along with Bank detail if they would like to encash points against cash

No, member cannot share their points with friends

The redeemed rewards will be delivered at the member’s registered address within 21 working days from the date of confirmation. In case of Rural/Extremely Rural location it might take a bit longer time.

Birla White Experts Club Loyalty Points are valid till the continuity of the program provided member does not exit the program the program on their own but points need to be redeemed within 2 year.

The member’s account will become inactive from the date of exit. All unredeemed points will expire, and no new Birla White Experts Club loyalty account will be created with the member’s registered mobile number in the future
