Along with Super White colour, this paint is available in multiple factory made premix colours that gives you true tone of paint.

Pack size is 20 Kg for all four colour shades. In Super White shade, you get 2 Kg extra with 20 Kg. So total weight of super white shade is 22 Kg for price of 20 Kg.

Currently there are 4 colour Shades of BW TRUTONEx Distemper Paint – Super White, Electric Blue, Merrie Pink and Daffodil Yellow.

Expiry date of BW TRUTONEx Distemper paint is 9 Months from date of manufacturing.

MRP of all 4 colour shades of TRUTONEx distemper paint is INR 1295.

The Coverage BW TRUTONEx Distemper paint is 85-105 sqft/Kg (Two Coats) on ideal surface.

It can be applied over Wall putty/primer, POP/Gypsum & plaster wall

TrutoneX distemper is white cement based distemper paint. This paint is more durable and gives better washability than other acrylic distempers available in the market. At the same time, factory made premix colour shades of this paint gives you true colour tone of paint.

It is more durable when compared to acrylic distempers due to presence of White cement. It also provides 6-8 % more coverage & high Opacity as compare to acrylic distempers.

As this paint is white cement based, it has excellent long lasting property as compare to acrylic distempers.

a. Use emery paper to remove all loosely adhered material like dirt, dust, fungus, algae, old or loose paint & oil etc.
b. Apply two Coats of Birla wall care putty and fill dent/holes. Allow drying for at least 1-2 days. Sand with emery paper 320.
c. Apply one coat of Birla White PrimaCoat Primer. Allow drying for at least 3- 4 hours.

No pre-wetting (before application) & curing (post application) is required for BW distemper.

Recommended mixing ratio is 150% for this paint (Add 1500 ml water in 1 Kg Powder Distemper as per suggested process)

First add 40% water (400 ml) in the 1 Kg TRUTONEx Distemper paint to make lump free paste than add remaining 110% water (1100 ml) to get a homogeneous slurry using mechanised stirrer.

It can be applied by using 4-5 inch painting Brush with two or Three coat as per customer choice.

Before application, ensure the surface should be fully dry condition. Avoid the product application, if surface is affected with high moisture/dampness.

Birla White has a team of trained and committed civil engineers PAN India for CASC backing (Customer Application Support Cell). These civil engineers offer on-site technical support and on-site sampling. They also train surface finishing applicators with specialized training and modern tools that enable them to build expertise and become specialist Birla White applicators.

TRUTONEx Distemper can be applied in interior application during rainy season, but need to take care & ensure proper drying of each layers of application.
