Leave the paste for 5 minutes after thorough mixing to get best results. Prepared paste should be used within 3 to 3.5 hours.

    After thorough mixing apply Birla White Re-Paint Putty first coat on the moistened wall/substrate uniformly with the help of putty blade.

    Ensure that during application substrate surface temperature should not exceed above 40 degree centigrade.

    After drying of first coat of Birla White Re-Paint Putty rub the surface gently with the wet sponge or very gently with the putty blade in order to remove the loose particles.

    Allow the surface to dry for at least 3 h & then apply second coat of Birla White Re-Paint Putty. Leave the surface to dry completely.

    After drying of second coat remove any type of marks gently by rub or with the help of putty blade.

    Leave the surface to dry preferably 10 -12 h before application of paint/distemper.

    The total thickness of both the coats should be maximum 1.5 mm.

    It is not necessary to rub the putty surface done with “Birla White Re-Paint Putty”.

    If at all there is need to remove unevenness before applying any kind of paint/distemper, gently level the surface with very fine water proofing emery paper of not less than 500 number to get a glossy white surface.

    Ensure that during application substrate must be in moist/wet condition.

    Mixing of Birla White Re-Paint Putty is very important & hence extreme care is to be taken for proper & thorough mixing with hand or mechanical stirrer in order to get the desired best results. Mixing to be continued until a uniform paste is formed.

    Only a required quantity of mix should be prepared which can be used within three and half hour.

    Harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion seek immediate medical attention.

    If irritation develops or persists with skin, immediately wash skin with plenty of water. Get medical attention immediately.
